No plans as yet, but it would definitely be worth considering. Especially if we could link this up with specific tracked transcripts at the miRNA level from the Nanostring dataset, I think that would make a really nice set of data.

Lovely poster…any plans going forward to use proteomics? Would be great to look at post RNAi kd worms.
No plans as yet, but it would definitely be worth considering. Especially if we could link this up with specific tracked transcripts at the miRNA level from the Nanostring dataset, I think that would make a really nice set of data.
Would also be great to do some cross linking proteomics and look for histone-HME interactions.
